After a long hiatus i am back cribbing things which i found interesting.
I found this phrase in one of the blog that i liked very much

"To know oneself very well, have a USP, ceate credibility and reliabilty for delivery and finally to orient oneself as a person who executes all actions."

This is nothing but a piece of gyan given by a leading HR Consultant and i got much lured to this because I lack all the traits that are explained in this :(. Without all these i am wondering how i have travelled three years in the competitive industry that I am currently working.
